From my thesis show, Collecting and Selecting, this original linocut is a part of my Mom's collection of keepsakes. The antique suitcase holds hand crafted crochet and baby clothes made by her grandmother.

“What am I supposed to do with a cut out print?” —A cut out print can easily be mounted on top of a mat board. Use a pop of color for your mat! It can compliment the contrasting black and white print really well if you’re into that kind of thing. If not, go with a basic color. I have also had customers mount the cut out onto a piece of foam core to give it dimension, then framed on a white background. This creates a nice shadow from the suitcase making it seem like a real object.
